District Governor Bio:Doug Garren is going around the second time; he was 3-L District Governor in 1992-93. Doug has been a Lion with Perfect Attendance since 1984. He has 3 sons and 1 daughter; 3 granddaughters and 1 grandson. His wife, Darliene is the other half of this Lions Duo. The Garrens are always on the go, mostly for Lions. They like going to garage sales and auctions, as well as appreciating all old things including Antiques Road Show; most of all they just enjoy being together
